Alvin Rowell and his team visit various neighborhoods, drop off sites, and public areas in the River Region where disadvantaged individuals typically reside to provide “Serve Packages”. These packages include basic life and hygiene necessities, such as:

- Bottles of water

- Snacks

- Toothpaste and toothbrush

- Soap

- Wash cloth

- Socks

- Shampoo & Conditioner

- Deodorant

Each package also includes a 2-1-1 card with information on resources for support.

Quiet Storm Outreach Group Inc. CEO Alvin Rowell is also certified to administer life-saving medications to individuals experiencing homelessness in emergency situations only.

Quiet Storm Outreach Group Inc. provides hygiene and life necessity products to victims of natural disasters. Alvin Rowell and his team have aided the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and other emergency relief organizations in several crisis situations by providing supplies on short notice when those organizations exhausted their resources.

The organization is ready to support individuals through every step of the process by administering self-care services, hygiene products, and resource referrals to survivors of domestic violence and individuals experiencing homelessness who are in the process of rehabilitation.
